5 Large Eggs

1 cup Whole Milk

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and grease and flour a 10-inch Bundt or tube pa
- In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and packed brown sugar until light and fluffy
- Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each additio
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, alternating with the milk, starting and ending with the dry
- Fold in the vanilla extract
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top
- Bake for 60-75 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clea
- Cool in the pan for 15-20 minutes before inverting onto a wire rack to cool completely
