Ingredients
32 oz Plain Greek Yogurt
4 cups Mixed Fresh Berries
2 cups Granola
¼ cup Honey or Maple Syrup
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Fresh Mint Leaves (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth and adjust sweetness if necessary
- Wash and dry the mixed berries. Slice larger strawberries into bite-sized pieces
- Layer granola in the bottom of serving glasses, followed by a layer of yogurt, then a layer of berries. Repeat until glasses are filled, finishing with berries on top
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving
Notes
For added crunch, consider adding the final granola layer just before serving.
You can prepare the yogurt mixture and berries a day in advance to save time.
