Ingredients

32 oz Plain Greek Yogurt
4 cups Mixed Fresh Berries
2 cups Granola
¼ cup Honey or Maple Syrup
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Fresh Mint Leaves (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth and adjust sweetness if necessary
  2. Wash and dry the mixed berries. Slice larger strawberries into bite-sized pieces
  3. Layer granola in the bottom of serving glasses, followed by a layer of yogurt, then a layer of berries. Repeat until glasses are filled, finishing with berries on top
  4. Garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving

Notes

For added crunch, consider adding the final granola layer just before serving.

You can prepare the yogurt mixture and berries a day in advance to save time.
