2 cups Greek Yogurt
2–4 tablespoons Honey or Maple Syrup
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 cup Fresh Berries
Optional Toppings as desired
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract
- Gently fold in the fresh berries
- Dollop spoonfuls of the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet
- Sprinkle any optional toppings over each dollop
- Freeze for at least 2-3 hours until solid
- Peel off the Frozen Yogurt Bites and store in an airtight container in the freezer
Notes
Use full-fat Greek yogurt for creamier bites.
