Ingredients

24 tablespoons Honey or Maple Syrup

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract
  3. Gently fold in the fresh berries
  4. Dollop spoonfuls of the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet
  5. Sprinkle any optional toppings over each dollop
  6. Freeze for at least 2-3 hours until solid
  7. Peel off the Frozen Yogurt Bites and store in an airtight container in the freezer
