1 cup Unsalted Butter, melted
4 Large Eggs
8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
3 cups Powdered Sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 cup Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
1/4 teaspoon Pinch of Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pa
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chocolate fudge cake mix, 1/2 cup (1 stick) of melted butter, and 2 of the large eggs. Mix until a thick, uniform dough forms
  3. Press the crust mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking pa
  4. In the same bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth, then gradually add the powdered sugar and beat until well combined
  5. Add the remaining 2 eggs, 1/2 cup (1 stick) of melted butter, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix until smooth
  6. Gently fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips
  7. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the pan and spread evenly
  8. Bake for 40-50 minutes or until the edges are set but the center is jiggly
  9. Cool completely on a wire rack before refrigerating for at least 2 hours
  10. Slice into squares and serve
