Instructions
- Prepare the Durian: Mash the durian flesh until smooth and set aside

- Combine Ingredients: Fold in the durian puree until well combined
- Chill the Base: Refrigerate the mixture for at least 4 hours (preferably overnight)
- Churn the Ice Cream: Pour the chilled mixture into an ice cream maker and churn for 20-30 minutes until soft-serve consistency
- Freeze to Firm Up: Transfer ice cream to a freezer-safe container and freeze for 4-6 hours until firm
- Serve and Enjoy: Allow to soften for 5-10 minutes before scooping
