Instructions
- Prepare the crust by crushing graham crackers and mixing with sugar and melted butter. Press the mixture into jars and chill
- Make the filling by beating cream cheese until smooth, then adding powdered sugar, pistachio butter, vanilla, and lemon juice. Fold in whipped cream until combined
- Spoon or pipe the filling into the jars over the chilled crusts, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours to set
- Before serving, top with whipped cream and chopped pistachios
