Ingredients
2 (15-ounce) cans Canned Sliced Peaches in Heavy Syrup, undrained
1 (15.25-ounce) box Yellow Cake Mix
1 cup Unsalted Butter, melted
1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamo
1/4 cup Brown Sugar (optional)
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish
- Pour both cans of peaches, undrained, into the bottom of your prepared baking dish. Drizzle with vanilla extract if using
- Sprinkle the dry cake mix evenly over the peaches without stirring
- Sprinkle ground cinnamon over the dry cake mix
- Drizzle melted butter evenly over the cake mix layer
- Bake for approximately 45-55 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the peaches are bubbling
- Let cool for 10-15 minutes before serving
Notes
For a dairy-free version, use a dairy-free yellow cake mix and a vegan butter alternative.
You can replace canned peaches with fresh peaches, adjusting the recipe accordingly.
