2 cups All-Purpose Flour

1 teaspoon Baking Soda
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 cup Unsalted Butter
1/2 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
2 Large Eggs
1 cup Whole Milk
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
3 cups Powdered Sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease and flour a 9×13-inch baking pa
- In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking soda, and salt
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan, then stir in the peanut butter until smooth
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and vanilla extract
- Combine the melted butter and peanut butter mixture with the dry ingredients, then gradually add the egg mixture and mix until just combined
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a skewer comes out clea
- Once baked, cool the cake completely on a wire rack before frosting
- For the frosting, beat together softened butter and peanut butter until light and fluffy, then gradually add powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth
- Frost the cooled cake and serve

Sift powdered sugar for a smooth frosting.
