3 cups Powdered Sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease and flour a 9×13-inch baking pa
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking soda, and salt
  3. Melt the butter in a small saucepan, then stir in the peanut butter until smooth
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and vanilla extract
  5. Combine the melted butter and peanut butter mixture with the dry ingredients, then gradually add the egg mixture and mix until just combined
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a skewer comes out clea
  7. Once baked, cool the cake completely on a wire rack before frosting
  8. For the frosting, beat together softened butter and peanut butter until light and fluffy, then gradually add powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth
  9. Frost the cooled cake and serve
