1 cup Unsalted Butter
1 ½ cups Granulated Sugar
½ cup Light Brown Sugar
2 Large Eggs
2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
2 cups All-Purpose Flour
1 teaspoon Baking Powder

1 cup White Chocolate Chips
1 cup Fresh Raspberries
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×13 inch baking pan lined with parchment paper
- Melt the unsalted butter in a large microwave-safe bowl
- Combine the melted butter with granulated sugar and light brown sugar, whisking until smooth
- Add the eggs one at a time and mix well, then stir in the vanilla extract
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt
- Gradually combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients until just mixed
- Gently fold in the white chocolate chips and fresh raspberries
- Spread the batter evenly in the pan and bake for 28-35 minutes
- Cool completely in the pan, then lift out using parchment paper and slice into squares
Notes
Using room temperature eggs ensures a smoother batter.
