2 cups Plain Greek Yogurt
1.5 cups Mixed Fresh Berries
1 cup Granola
2–4 tablespoons Honey or Maple Syrup
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Fresh Mint Leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients: wash and pat dry the berries, hull and slice strawberries, and mix vanilla extract into yogurt if desired
- Start with yogurt layer: spoon half of the yogurt mixture into serving glasses
- Add the first layer of mixed berries over the yogurt
- Sprinkle half of the granola over the berries
- Repeat the layers with remaining yogurt, berries, and top with remaining granola
- Drizzle honey or maple syrup on top and garnish with fresh mint leaves
- Serve immediately for the best texture
