Ingredients
1 cup Unsalted Butter
2 cups Granulated Sugar
4 Large Eggs
2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
1 cup All-Purpose Flour
¾ cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1 teaspoon Salt
1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1 lb Fresh Strawberries
½ cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (for topping)
1 teaspoon Coconut Oil (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×13 inch baking pan with parchment paper
- Melt butter and stir in sugar until glossy
- Allow to cool then add eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla
- Whisk together flour, cocoa powder, and salt; add to wet ingredients until just combined
- Fold in chocolate chips
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes
- Cool completely, then top with sliced strawberries
- Melt topping chocolate and drizzle over the brownies and strawberries
- Chill briefly to set, slice, and serve
