68 Small Mason jars or dessert glasses (68 oz capacity)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cookie Crumble: Combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar in a bowl and mix until moistened
  2. Make the Cream Cheese Layer: Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, beat again until light
  3. Whip the Heavy Cream: In a chilled bowl, beat the cold heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form
  4. Combine for the Creamy Filling: Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until just combined
