6–8 Small Mason jars or dessert glasses (6–8 oz capacity)
Instructions
- Prepare the Cookie Crumble: Combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar in a bowl and mix until moistened
- Make the Cream Cheese Layer: Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, beat again until light
- Whip the Heavy Cream: In a chilled bowl, beat the cold heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form
- Combine for the Creamy Filling: Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until just combined
- Prepare the Fruit Layer: Toss the fresh berries with lemon juice and optional sugar in a small bowl
- Assemble the Jars: Layer the cookie crumble, creamy filling, and fruit mixture in jars. Repeat layers until jars are full
- Chill: Refrigerate the assembled jars for at least 2-4 hours
- Serve: Enjoy the chilled layered dessert jars
