1/2 cup Unsalted Butter
1 cup Light Brown Sugar
1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
2 Large Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 1/2 cups All-Purpose Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder

1 cup White Chocolate Chips
1 cup Fresh or Frozen Raspberries
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper
- Melt the butter and let it cool slightly
- In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, light brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined
- Fold in the white chocolate chips and raspberries
- Transfer the batter to the prepared pan and spread evenly
- Bake for 28-32 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs
- Let cool completely in the pan before lifting out and slicing
