Instructions

  2. Melt the butter and let it cool slightly
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, light brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth
  4. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined
  7. Fold in the white chocolate chips and raspberries
  8. Transfer the batter to the prepared pan and spread evenly
